The first day of fall means it’s time to (re) focus. Why? In the summertime months, we slow down and enjoy longer days, ocean (or lake) breezes, and long weekends. We eat more ice cream and say yes to that BBQ. Wait! Is that just me?
Something about fall — the leaves, the allergies and the pumpkin spice lattes causes us to think about what’s next. I believe that what you focus on you will get more of so focus on taking a next positive step. I love fall and it’s the right time to pick a book, a podcast, a blog, and even a show to help you zoom in on your goals. Write them down, tell a friend and let’s GO!
